In practice this translated to insanely high combined throughput (theoretically up to 30 Gbps) and rock-solid gaming performance. During intense gaming and streaming sessions, it never buckled, and large game downloads flew down (I downloaded 30 GB in under 10 minutes during testing!).
Asus clearly built this for gamers. It’s the biggest router I’ve ever seen (nearly 14″ across), with a brushed-black finish and eight extra-huge antennas.
